For monitoring oxygen within cell tissue we recommend CPOx-beads with diameters from 10 to 50 µm. The acquisition of the oxygen-dependent light signals of the phosphorescent beads is performed by common fluorescence microscopes.

Included in delivery is our control software, enabling diverse settings for your specific application. Colibri Photonics provides a variety of adapters and interfaces to connect OPAL to your setup.
